Meet Our Executive Director

Rev. E. Alfred Walker is the Executive Director of CELDI-Liberia, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the TOP In-ternational School, the Resident Pastor at Trumpet of Praise Tabernacle, and the National President of the Youth Department of the Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith (PCAF).

He holds a master’s degree from Princeton Theological Seminary (USA) and a Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.) degree from the Liberia Baptist Theological Seminary. He served as a Research Fellow at Urban Promise International for one year, researching Urban Youth Development Models and their ethical implications for underdeveloped countries (Liberia). His research work laid the foundation for the establishment of CELDI-Liberia.

He is passionate about education and leadership development for children and young people. This has got him involved in several initia-tives for children and youth in Liberia and the USA. His vision is to raise a new generation of servant-leaders, especially in Liberia, who will proactively serve and transform their communities with distinc-tion. He believes “It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men [and women]” (Frederick Douglass).
